After a long road in development hell, and some bad backlash after set photos leaked, DC Universe’s first original series Titans is now streaming. Today we’ve got a look at the first episode.
James Gunn, writer and director of the hit Guardians of the Galaxy films was fired from the franchise by Disney this summer. Fans have been curious as to what his next big project would be, and it looks like he may be joining the other team. We have some news and some ideas on what this may mean for the future of the DC film Universe.
DC has been working on expanding their universes in recent years, with the inclusion of more well known characters in TV shows and movies. The TV show Krypton has done a good job at including some varied comic book characters, and the new season will see the introduction of one of DC’s toughest, yet most insane characters. Lobo.

Yesterday the Internet went ablaze with word that Henry Cavill would no longer be playing Superman. THR reported that talks between Cavill and Warner Brothers over a Shazam cameo fell apart, leading to the actor leaving the role of Superman altogether. After that Deadline reported that WB is looking to take the Superman role in a new direction, with the hopes of casting Michael B. Jordan (Black Panther) as the Man of Steel. Then things got even more confusing…
The 2018 San Diego International Comic Con has come to a close but we still have TONS of news from the yearly event! The CW held a panel for the superhero series, The Flash, at this year’s SDCC. The majority of the cast, as well as showrunner Todd Helbing were on hand and gave some details on the new season. The hit CW show Arrow held a panel hosted by Ralph Garman at this year’s SDCC and revealed a new trailer for the upcoming season as well as some details on the upcoming season. The panel featured season 7 showrunner Beth Schwartz, and cast members Stephen Amell, David Ramsey, Emily Bett Rickards, Echo Kellum, Rick Gonzalez, Juliana Harkavy and Colton Haynes.
